Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you search or list a property.
Is it free to list my property?
Yes, at present there is no fee to submit or publish a property.
What happens after I submit?
We review the property details, address, photographs and, if supplied, the ownership document. We will contact you if anything needs clarification. The listing goes live after the checks are complete; there is no promised fixed publication time.
Why do you ask for the apartment number?
It helps distinguish your flat from other homes in the same building and attach the right price history to it. The apartment number is stored privately and is never published.
What happens to my ownership document?
It is used only to check that you may list the property. It is deleted when the listing is approved or refused, and is never shown to buyers or published.
Why do you show price changes?
Price history gives buyers useful context and lets a seller's current asking price be understood accurately. It records advertised asking prices, not the final price of a sale.
How can I change or remove my listing?
Write to us from the email connected with your submission. We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request is yours.
