When buying a home, you need to know not only what the listing says today, but also what happened before today.
CaspiProperty was created to give buyers a fuller picture and sellers more control over how their property is presented.
Why CaspiProperty?
When buying a home, today's listing is not the whole story. Buyers often cannot see how the price changed, what similar properties nearby are asking, what is close to the home, or what rental return it may offer.
CaspiProperty was created to bring that information together. We collect public property listings every day and preserve the asking prices we observe.
Where the evidence is strong enough, we connect different advertisements for the same property. A new listing number does not automatically erase the property's earlier history.
For buyers
On a property page you can see:
- how its asking price changed while we observed it;
- how long it has been on the market since our first sighting;
- nearby metro stations, schools, pharmacies and parks;
- asking prices for similar properties in the area;
- estimated rental yield based on current sale and rental listings.
Every price shown is an asking price, not a completed sale price. Azerbaijan has no public register showing what homes ultimately sold for.
For sellers
You can list your property directly on CaspiProperty. Once its address and details have been checked, it may be published with the Yoxlanılıb mark.
From your personal page you can:
- follow the progress of your submission;
- send any corrections requested during the checks;
- receive and answer enquiries about your property;
- see matching advertisements we find elsewhere in the market.
If another advertisement is yours or was placed by your agent, there is nothing you need to do. If you do not recognise it, you can tell us.
The apartment number helps us connect the listing and price history to the right property. It is never published.
